Our newly updated So-Cal Real Estate Investors group will share the latest real estate trends and up to date statistics, distressed property deals, and creative investment opportunities around the Southern California region (Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties, especially) and nation. You'll learn ways to creatively buy and flip properties for both residential and commercial real estate properties and how to find new listings and buyers for real estate licensees. In 2024, our group will merge with the new Canyon Caravan Home Listing Preview group to increase the numbers of buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals who can all succeed together.

We'll meet at the Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club, at the beautiful Shoreline Yacht Club overlooking the bay near the historic Queen Mary ship in Long Beach, and online.

Canyon Caravan Home Listing Preview: Many years ago, monthly home listing broker caravans were quite common. Because of the advances made with internet technology, fewer Realtors are actually meeting in person to share ideas, learn from others, and find new clients and third-party advisors. It's our intent to bring the real estate community back together, close more deals, and have fun in the process.

We will provide a large monitor screen for real estate licensees, FSBO sellers, and investors to share their virtual caravan tour of both the interior and exterior of the home.
